NIQUA BURS have a standard shank diameter of 2.32mm, which fit Jewellery Industry standard handpieces.These burs are supplied by Maillefer from Switzerland.

Round Burs

its useful for de-burring or enlarging holes, carving recesses for sweat soldering, and refining stone settings. Because of their shape they can be used at any angle.

Cone Burs

Cone Square Cross Cut Burs also called Fissure Burs are used like a rotary file to remove material. These cone burs are tapered to the tip and have cross cutting flutes.

Burs are useful for cutting, grinding and cleaning precious metal smoothly with no chatter or drag.

These Cone Shape burs are used for enlarging and deburring and cleaning hole diameters, crevices and in small and narrow areas.

Cup Burs

Cup Bur also known as concave cutter burs are used to smooth off and round prong ends can also be used for rounding off wire ends and rivet heads.The cutting flutes inside the concave cutter aggressively remove material for fast shaping.
