Equipped with a large welding chamber, Mega 5.0 is now one of the lasers that offers the greatest flexibility as regards both the power and size of the objects it can weld.
Manual laser welding machine, suitable for companies and laboratories with medium / large productions. Thanks to its large welding chamber it can be used for welding both small and large objects.
The new attractive design is equipped with a double cooling system that allows it to be used even in tropical environments with high temperatures without incurring thermal blocks. The technical innovations developed by Elettrolaser follow the Green energy and digitalization standards of the company, improving connectivity and connection.
The MEGA-HIT can be equipped with the 3D VISION system for a stereoscopic view of the welding area. This, in addition to considerably less tiring the operator’s sight, facilitates the working posture by optimizing the ergonomics of the system.

To ensure increased productivity, movements and coordination between hands and eyes we introduced the IPM (Integrated Parameters into Microscope).
It allows you to digitally view the main and most important parameters such as: POWER, TIME, FREQUENCY, SHOT DIAMETER in the binocular.
In this way, the operator always has the parameters under control, avoiding constantly taking his eyes off to check the parameters through the screen.
